RETURNS POLICY

Information about each design is supplied online, with a strict no refund policy unless the garment is deemed faulty.

MARIO AND GIGI accepts size exchanges on all made-to-order items. In the case of a size replacement, the MARIO AND GIGI team will replace the garment asap. Please note, if a size exchange is requested on an out-of-stock item, a credit note will be issued. MARIO AND GIGI will only accept one size exchange per style unless the garment is faulty.

In the case of a return or a size exchange requested by the customer, the issue must be notified to the MARIO AND GIGI team within 14 business days of receiving the order. Once the garment has been returned to the MARIO AND GIGI HQ it will undergo a review for exchange. If approved the MARIO AND GIGI team will advise the customer on the exchange or refund details.

Please note all shipping costs on change of size returns are at the cost of the customer and not payable by MARIO AND GIGI. The MARIO AND GIGI team requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid, and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to MARIO AND GIGI. In the case that there is an outstanding amount owing to the customer it will be paid directly into the customer's nominated bank account.

The below conditions must be adhered to;

• Returns must be sent to our head office address.

• All returns must be in their original, as-new condition with tags attached. Any garments that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted. 

• The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the MARIO AND GIGI team.

• No exchange or return will be excepted without prior approval by the MARIO AND GIGI team after 14 business days.

• MARIO AND GIGI reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, at any time.

• In the case of a fabric or color being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect another.

• Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of MARIO AND GIGI.
